drier is very poor. It doesnt dry the cloth. RPM drier RPM is only 600. Pls select the machine with minimum RPM speep 800~850. I got the machine in 18.5k.

The washing machine is well designed good prewash tub well placed buttons which are big and easy to use good dirt cacher

Washing machine is easy to use and works well. samsung is trusted brand so we can rely on it. happy and satisfied with the purchase.

Most of you know how the washing machine works. Let me highlight the good and bad about this product. Good: 1. Tangle Free wash. 2. Active wash - very good added feature by Samsung. Bad: 1. Adjustable bottom leg, does not seem to be good as this feature is added to only one leg. 2. Dryer is very disappointing. It works, but less efficient.

the machine is very noisy and the spin quality is poor. The Acti+ features are mostly impractical and not very useful.

I bought this machine in the month of July 2016.I am very unhappy with this product. The clothes do not get cleaned up. The disk at the bottom is so small it does not turn clothes so they do not get cleaned.Most of the programs do not allow the whole tub to fill up water to the maximum level which means you either wash only half wash load else clothes will not get cleaned. Neither will any number of rinse cycle allow the rinsing completely.I feel I am stuck with this machine. I spent so much money an itself completely useless.

Dont ever buy this model........It doesn't have any feature for "Softener Dispenser"..... So u will definately repent after paying this huge amount and then not getting this basic feature of Fully automatic machine......Its a joke..... if I have to watch for the last rinse cycle to happen and then I will pour some softener dispenser in the tub.....A SINCERE ADVISE ...NOT TO BUY
