I rcvd this product for only ₹36,000 after exchange and discounts and product was delivered on the next day itself. Packaging was good and there were no damages found. Following day, the Samsung representative came early morning and guided me on the washing machine usage. I would recommend to go for this product as it has additional features, eco bubble and add wash option which you wouldn't get in any other brand. I really like this washing machine and hope to continue purchases in flipkart.

Love this Product ..Excellent Delivery and installation ..totally satisfied with Flipkart.

After a month usage. Positive _- 1. Found the machine that it is fully packed with all features what we generally look in a washing machine likely a dream come true. 2. Tough stains gently removed in a single wash without no extra detergent nor rubbing or hand wash. 3. With Ecosavings enabled saves a lot of power, water and detergent too. 4. Different modes of wash for different types of clothing is just an awesome feature, especially heavy bedsheets or gentle synthetics all you need is just a second to select the appropriate washing feature. 5. Inbuilt heater at usually 60 c what we use for regular wear is just what you look for removing tough stains. 6. With 80 to 85 % drying, saves time to dry clothes in heavy sunny. Lacking : Stability of the machine while spinning is what we miss in this. (although good in this price range as VRT enabled machine is bit expensive) gives a bit noisy vibration but reducing the spin speed solves the issue to some extent. Thanks to flipkart for the best price what I got due to a couple of discounts and offers. Loved it alot as it reduced a lot of burden in my house. Can say a must have machine for a livelihood.

I was looking for a front loading machine as a replacement to my still running 6 Kg front load of the same brand. The older model gave a stellar performance for more than 10 years and was alive and kicking when I availed of the exchange offer. I got excellent, never to be imagined exchange offer and saved money. The only irritating part of this machine is the silly music instead of the usual beeps at the end of the wash cycle. However, it can be muted.

Good product with minimal sound and vibrations and value for money..Add wash feature is really good.product delivered within time but installation takes almost 8 days after the product was delivered which is not good.

In the open market Samsung is offering J6 32GB smart phone free. The phone itself costs 13000. I got the machine for 39000 including phone. Buying here is a bad choice.

Awesome product but did not like this idea why Samsung that after purchase they reduced the price 5000 less it's available now after the launch near about a week later . I hate this thing done by brand Samsung otherwise the product is absolutely awesome

Happy with product. And as always flipkart delivery time and samsung service always good. Would have rated 5 if the delivery guys were professional. They left half the way did not put the machine in right place had no trolley to move machine which is very heavy i was afraid few times they would just drop finally left with a small scratch.

I purchased this item for rs.40000/- with samsung J6 mobile, I suggest not to take this mobile along with washing machine, because there is some problem with in mobile.

This rating is specific to Samsung washing machine and not to flipkart. I have bought Samsung washing machine in 2012. Just after 2.5 years, in 2015 the motherboard failed and got it replaced @5100+tax+ making charges. Now again in Jan 2017, Motherboard and pump failed. This time the charges will be Rs.5100+1200+tax+ making charges which comes to more than 7100. Seems Samsung is making Washing machine and spares which can last only till the warranty period. I will never recommend Samsung washing machine even if someone is giving it for free. My Model No : WF8558NMW8/XLT

Very bad product from SAMSUNG.

Regret having chosen this. Both Amazon and SAMSUNG have failed me. 3 days after delivering it, both Amazon and SAMSUNG couldn?t initiate installation. I gave away my current machine under exchange and now I don?t have either to wash clothes.If you still want to buy, keep your old machinewith you till the new one is installed
