• Worst Phone to Avoid if don;t want to regret

  If you ask me, avoid any Samsung phone, at least in India as their service is as pathetic as their products. Firstly, if you are a user who change phones as frequently as every year, Samsung maybe one of the considerable options. But if wish to invest on a phone that can be used without any issues for at least 3-5 years, then strictly avoid Samsung. One of the scam I have noticed in Samsung is that few months after your warranty period, they push a software update to the device. If you ignore the update, you are safe but if in case you update the software, you will be shocked to experience weird problems with your phone. One of the most common problems is frequent restarting and the loop kind of never ends. Samsung service centers give you default response for such issues saying it is motherboard problem and you must replace it. the cost of the motherboard is usually almost half the price of the handset itself. So, unless you are ok shelling out that extra money after a couple of years, do not worry. But if you are someone who wants a device that stays good as long as you want to use, avoid Samsung. I am a victim of such a fraud & unethical practice by Samsung and unfortunately, companies like these get away easily because of their powerful place in the market. So, I urge you to stop supporting Samsung, at least for mobile phones and go with any other brand such as MI, Vivo, One Plus, etc that are far more advanced both in terms of features as well as durability without any issues.

    Same thing exactly happened with my F41, purchased in Jan 2021. It was working fantastic until it died one day in Sep 2022. Perhaps an automatic software update kicked on the night of charging. Next day it was starting and restarting automatically non stop and died. Samsung authorized service center did reset and but want to replace the entire mother board almost for a good portion of phone cost and with no guarantee. It appears close to a scam that by Samsung mobile we are forced to upgrade to a new phone before the end of 2nd year. So many people complaining exactly same issue. I hope some one in media investigates this. No more samsung mobile. Bad customer experience and totally unreliable.

    I totally agree with you bro, last month i have faced the problem of restarting and loop kindoff. After that, Softawre update has come thereafter phone was running smoothly for atleast one month. I have updated the software then after two days phone was getting switch off again and again automatically. I visited at mobile repairs shope, he told me that it is software problem and CPU problem. He demanded atleat Rs 7,000 for reapirs with no waaranty in future. I also suggest not to buy such phones which doesnot gives you durability of atleat 2 years. Only 1 yaer and 4 months i have used my phone and just completed with my EMIs. Please dont support such companies until they Improve on this problem.

    I totally agree with you. My phone too had a motherboard issue exactly 4 months after warranty had expired. Amazing timing!

  Who use mobiles professionally they can buy this mobile without any doubts. There is no issues in it. Camera and screen quality is superb. Battery backup excellent. There is no hanging and heating issues.Excellent mobile with in budget. Super amoled display is excellent excellent.

• Battery performance is not good, in more common terms it is disastrous.

  Phone is good with display, processor and camera, but battery is bad, it takes three hours from 0 to 100% and drains out in less than 20 hours in almost low use. I think samsung has conned with 6000 MAH. If possible avoid this option.
