My experiance with Spice

i 've brought a spice mobile model no mi-359. after using few months my mobile suddenly stop working during warrenty period. then i did submit this to a authorized service center in Bhubaneswar with the Service Request No. 18102296F70040 on 11th july 2015. Then Jaganath Service Centre have sent my mobile to there higher authority for repairing . Then after 52 days i called spice care(18602001003) & they replied me they will start working on mobile & sms me a expected delivery date 16th sept 2015 . then on 16th sept again i called the spice care to know about my mobile again they give me another expected date of delivery as 23rd sept 2015. hence today 23rd sept 2015 again i called spice care & they replied me to visit the Jaganath service centre &from there to call spice care. So today i ve visited towards Jaganath Service Center but then i found that there is no Service Center on that place & There was only a TOLET name plate ,where i ve submitted my mobile. Then on 16:12PM 23rd sept 2015 again i call spice center & they replied Bhubaneswar Spice Service Center was closed permanently & cut down the phone line from their side(Spice Care) . Again on 16:22PM on 23rd sept i ve tried to talk with spice care this time they received my call but didn't give any satisfactory answer & again cut the line from their side. This time finally i understood the Spice Mobile company is no more interested to solve my issue They only want to delay . Hence Its about 70day plus i didnt get back my mobile After my submission.
