Acer is a Taiwanese multinational company that is in the hardware and electronics business. Acer was founded as Multitech in 1976 and renamed Acer in 1987. It is one of the world's largest vendors of personal computers. The company also makes other products such as tablets, storage devices, smartphones, servers, televisions (LCD and LED), apart from peripherals.

Acer's latest mobile launch is the Iconia Talk S A1-724. The tablet was launched in November 2014. The tablet comes with a 7.00-inch display with a resolution of 1280 pixels by 800 pixels.

The Acer Iconia Talk S A1-724 is powered by 1.2GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 processor and it comes with 1GB of RAM. The tablet packs 16GB of internal storage that can be expanded up to 128GB via a microSD card. As far as the cameras are concerned, the Acer Iconia Talk S A1-724 packs a 5-megapixel primary camera on the rear and a 2-megapixel front shooter for selfies.

The Acer Iconia Talk S A1-724 runs Android 4.4 and is powered by a 3780mAh non removable battery. It measures 190.00 x 99.80 x 8.50 (height x width x thickness) and weigh 275.00 grams.

The Acer Iconia Talk S A1-724 is a dual SIM (GSM and GSM) tablet that accepts Regular and Regular. Connectivity options include Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth and 3G. Sensors on the phone include Compass Magnetometer, Proximity sensor, Accelerometer and Ambient light sensor.
