Lava International is an Indian company that offers mobiles and tablets. It was incorporated in 2009 and since then offering affordable handsets, smartphones and tablets. Apart from India, the company also has operations in Africa. The company has launched a separate brand called Xolo, which has also launched Android smartphones.

Lava's latest mobile launch is the X80. The tablet was launched in July 2016. The tablet comes with a 8.00-inch display with a resolution of 800 pixels by 1280 pixels.

The Lava X80 is powered by 1.3GHz quad-core it comes with 1GB of RAM. The tablet packs 16GB of internal storage that can be expanded up to 32GB via a microSD card. As far as the cameras are concerned, the Lava X80 packs a 5-megapixel primary camera on the rear and a 3.2-megapixel front shooter for selfies.

The Lava X80 runs Android 4.4 and is powered by a 4200mAh non removable battery. It measures 215.50 x 125.00 x 9.00 (height x width x thickness) and weigh 320.00 grams.

The Lava X80 is a single SIM (GSM) tablet that accepts a . Connectivity options include Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth and 3G. Sensors on the phone include Proximity sensor, Accelerometer, Ambient light sensor and Gyroscope.
