iBall Slide 6351-Q400i 7-Inch Tablet Launched at Rs. 5,499

iBall earlier this week launched its Slide Brillante voice-calling tablet in India at Rs. 5,799. The company within a week has now launched its Slide 6351-Q400i tablet. Listed on the company website, the device is seen with an MRP of Rs. 5,499. It can be purchased from eBay India at a discounted price of Rs. 3,661.

The iBall Slide 6351-Q400i runs on Android 4.4 KitKat OS and features a 7-inch HD (600x1024 pixels) display. The tablet is powered by an unknown ARM Cortex A7 quad-core processor clocked at 1.3GHz, clubbed with 1GB RAM.The iBall Slide 6351-Q400i houses 2-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and a front-facing camera for video chats. It also includes 8GB of inbuilt storage, which can be further expanded via a microSD card (up to 32GB). Out of 8GB inbuilt storage, the tablet would give around 6GB for use by end users. iBall Slide 6351-Q400i features regular wireless connectivity options such as Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, USB OTG and Micro-USB. It misses out on voice calling as well as 3G connectivity. A 2500mAh battery is also included.

iBall jumped back to the top spot as the Indian tablet market grew at a healthy 23 percent in the second quarter of 2015 after recovering from a slow start in the first quarter, research firm IDC said last month. The overall market clocked 1.04 million unit shipments with 22 percent growth over the same period last year and year-to-date growth of 15 percent.
