Vivo Y12A is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 439 processor. It comes with 3GB of RAM. The Vivo Y12A runs Android 11 and is powered by a 5000mAh battery.

As far as the cameras are concerned, the Vivo Y12A on the rear packs a dual camera setup featuring a 13-megapixel (f/2.2) primary camera, and a 2-megapixel camera. The rear camera setup has autofocus. It has a single front camera setup for selfies, featuring an 8-megapixel sensor.
