Best AC in class, purchased in Feb 2018, it?s cools down room in 5 minutes, Voltas did it again, limited features, only thing is it?s 2018 model with latest technology, fully copper and inverter, I started like it, installation is mess, Voltas service engineer taken 1500+750+200. I had gone for stabilizer which costed 1650, be ready with additional 4K for installation, if you purchased from offline outlets it will cost more but only standard installation free, all other cost are applicable. Compare prices and installation charges before you take any decision. I am giving 5 star to AC as Amazon has nothing to do with installation

Product is good and very fast delivery by Amazon.. but installation cost of voltas is very high (total 5k including pipe and stabilizer etc).. so if u r going to buy this ,u have to calculate ur overall cost also. so that in last u will not feel bad...and 1 more thing if u going to buy it on EMI so please consider there is some GST part is also consider in this regard.. 13% GST on every month EMI.. think before buying it on EMI

Voltas AC is Simply superb. In 27 itself my kids are started severing... except HZ swing all other function in the remote is working.Pros :AC cooling excellent and matchless.Product looks great indoor and outdoorRemote looks cool and work good around 180 degree.Cons:Takes 3 mins to throw the chill breezeVery worst installation provided by the VOLTAS installation team , Since i am aware about AC's i managed to get my job done with them.Few examples:1) No safety belt for the outdoor installation guy at 2nd floor.2) Took entire day to remove my existing AC and install the new AC, because of not trained well by VOLTAS.3) He screws the out door just like that, and addition to that he haven't installed the vibration protector rubbers. then i noticed and forced him to do that.4) Excellent one seriously VOLTAS Training team deserves the Saliva/Lick test Award for the gas leask, Since they trained these peoples to do the gas leak test by applying the saliva on the outdoor Copper pipe connecting areas.5) For Amazon purchase need to pay the installation cost Rs.600, they showed mail from Voltas saying charge for Amazon buyers and don't charge for the Croma and some other offline stores.Update on 2/May/2018Today Mr.Dhamodran ( Installation/Technical/Incharge) and his team members inspected the AC at my home and changed the indoor to outdoor connection as per the standard.Thank you for the Swift response VOLTAS, It proves how committed your to the customer satisfication.

Delivered and installed on the same day. Installation person is very good and no issues. With in 10 minutes room gets chilled. Saver option is available for low power consumption. Overall 5 stars for AC and Amazon one day delivery and voltas same day installation.

I AM VERY MUCH SATISFIED WITH THE PRODUCT. ALTHOUGH INITIALLY THERE WAS A SMALL PROBLEM OF LEAKAGE OF GAS, THE SAME WAS RECTIFIED BY THE INSTALLING AGENT QUICKLY AND NOW IT IS WORKING FINE. COLLING EFFECT IS VERY GOOD AND IT IS VALUE FOR MONEY. THANK YOU VOLTAS AND AMAZON.

It?s actually really impressive. I thought that the wielding of tech jargon was just some hollow marketing gimmick but after comparing to the similar AC without inverter and one with this it?s a world of a difference.

Process is very speed , before the arrival of product I have received call for installation . Within 3 hours of product delivery installation was completed . They have installed Voltas stabilizer with cost of 3500 .Registered for 5 years comprehensive warranty and the same have been confirmed by Voltas by the next day . Overall experience is really good.

I am giving a review after using it for 3-4 months. Firstly. it consumes electricity very economically. Secondly, cooling is very effective. One issue though- the person who installed it made a silly mistake of alignment which caused the leakage of water. Though, Voltas did take my complaint and solved it timely.So overall, a good product.

This is one of the best purchase i have done in Amazon. Got delivered to me in 2days and was installed the next day. I waited 3 months to write this review to know the actual performance of the AC. And the feedback is as follows;Pros:1. Perfect for a room of area 140sq. ft.2. At Energy Saver mode (24 degrees) consumes about 6 units per 8Hours of running even if the outside temp. is 40 degrees. That is less than 1 unit per 1 hour of usage.3. In Turbo mode brings down the temperature from 35 degrees to 25 degrees in 5 minutes.4. Sleep mode is really helpful for me as i dont have to wake up in the morning to switch the AC off.5. Very less noise (in Energy Saver mode).6. Last but not the least, received an extended warranty of 5 years on the AC and 10 years on the compressor for free from voltas/ amazon.Cons:1. AC did not come with a drainage pipe which should be must for a split AC.2. The outside unit is not fully covered and aesthetic look of the unit can be improved.3. Sometimes after load shedding, the compressor takes more than 3 minutes to restart.4. Installation costs needs to be clearly defined as the engineers charges extra for multiple things.Hope the review is helpful.
