Was apprehensive if a 2 ton, split ac could be bought at such a ridiculously low price. But went ahead because of the brands Tata & Voltas. And what a steal it has been. The AC has made our drawing / dining area pleasantly cool even in unbearable Hyderabad summer.

Most of the fitting accessories ,nuts and bolts were not fitting,had to pay extra as the fitting parts had to be purchased seperately.

The product supplied to me is a defective one and the replacement process initiatef by Flipkart is taking so much of time because of which I am passing the Hot summer without an AC even though my invested the money is is retained by Flipkart and since last 15 days I am passing through a lot of mental agony

I purchased new Voltas A/C . Voltas After sale service is poor. I am suffering problems since 4 days but still not found any solution. Try to mail and call in Voltas customer care but result not found. Still surviving and there executive not pick my call. After sales service is important to customer but Voltas Custmer care executive totally waste of money Very poor service.

Good Product. But worst experience with installation, totally unprofessional guys and screwed up the whole things. Better to buy a same AC from known local shop for better service.

This is the replacement product and again has a broken piece. If I return it will take another 10 days to get replacement. My summer is going away and when will I enjoy this. so getting this installed.
