• Good QuadCore Laptop for the Price

  It's a fine computer for casual gaming, video editing, and is more than enough for anyone using it for business.It handless multi tasking just fine, one could easily stream YouTube in one tab, HBO in another, and have 15 tabs of Facebook open without experiencing any lag or delay.Biggest Con; It does come with a lot of pre-installed BloatWare, however most of it can be removed with a little work.This is not a laptop for avid gamers.

  If there was a no star option I would select it. This laptop is slower than molasses being poured by a turtle. My laptop that is 5 years older may as well be travelling at hyper speed compared to this. Horrendous Windows 10 updates right out of the gate. Not to mention a company that won't accept a return of a junk product. Please don't buy this laptop or anything from MegaRetailStore

  Laptop worked fine for a week and a half of light use. Then when I tried to turn it on one day the screen went white and stayed that way. It could not be turned off or restarted. I returned it and was sent a replacement. This one lasted five days before it started restarting of its own volition with no warning. Bios is up to date, automatic updates are disabled. In summary: I bought two of these, used both very, very lightly, and neither lasted much more than a week. I wish I could get my money back but apparently you get one replacement and that's it, after that you have to send it in for repair. Will not be buying from Acer again, and will not be buying electronics from Amazon either, as the Nokia 6 phone I bought from Amazon came with awful digitizer issues.
