The Laptop is quite good! Below are some my observations. 1. I compared Lenovo G80 which also have same config but its keyboard keys are not good as compare to this model. And I am using Acer I5 (4th Gen) since last 1.5 yrs, thus I decided to go with Acer only for my new laptop. 2. Match your Bill Serial with Laptop Serial Number thus you won't get any kind of hurdles in warranty. 3. Charcoal Grey Color looks good & give a premium laptop feeling. 4. I faced issues in driver installation, however later on I use 'Driver Booster' software which auto detect the missing driver & download+install. 5. Windows 8.1 running smooth. 6. No Caps Lock & Num Lock On/Off light, however it takes 5 sec to verify which is On/Off. 7. Good Screen Brightness. Overall a Very Good Laptop!! E-Clinic -> I bought this laptop from this E-Clinic Seller, Packing was Very Good.

Product performance, battery backup and display is good. . .

Delivery made me wait!! laptop runs great once u install windows on it.. good display and other features pretty decent for this price range.

From May '16 till this day Aug '18, it has been working well on moderate usage *revit 2019,17,and 16, staad pro and staad foundation, lumion 6, autocad 2016, infraworks, gis, etabs 2016, fifa 2015, and other minor ones Truly it has handled all these well enough, though a little slow loading revit2017 and lumion 6. But for this price....I recommend this laptop to whoever who got drawn by it.

Good product but we face difficulties during installation of the new drivers fr individual components. The driver CD given doesn't autorun properly.

Good service from Flipkart. Product delivered within 3 Days and purchased at a special price. About Laptop. Looks are good but Caps Lock indication, Num lock indication, HDD indication etc are missing. Have a good battery back up. Track pad seems to be floating and make some noise while using also have noise from fan. Power switch is placed along with the keyboard. There is no separate opening to remove RAM and HDD and keyboard. Battery is also non detachable. Screen is good. Speakers are OK . There is no Bag with the Laptop and also purchase from online site are not eligible for FREE JBL ON THE GO Bluetooth speakers. ACER is cheating us by not providing this kind of freebies with online purchase. Warranty can be extended online. Also the drivers are available (Both Driver DVD and online) only for windows 8.1 64 bit and Windows 10.1 64 bit. So if we use windows 7, Some features like USB 3.0, Bluetooth etc will not work till we find a suitable driver.

Unsatisfied due to some problem in this laptop like card reader not working. The description not match with the item I get. Ok
