Our latest funding roundup compiles investments in Indian startups engaged in price comparison engines, B2B marketplaces, hyperlocal discovery, telemedicine, and hospitality.

VegFru
SaaS (Software as a Service) player Wingify on Monday made an undisclosed investment in VegFru.com, an online B2B marketplace that connects farmers and suppliers in fruit and vegetable trading directly with retailers and large consumers. VegFru.com sees itself as an 'online-mandi' where a farmer or a co-op can find buyers giving them the right price, as well as where wholesalers and buyers can find farmers supplying good quality produce at a reasonable price. Registration is free and open to all fruits and vegetables business owners, and there are 5,000 vendors currently listed on VegFru.com, the company said.

PriceRaja
Price comparison and deal aggregation portal PriceRaja, announced Monday that Prashant Puri, Founder and CEO of AdLift, is investing Rs. 2 crores into the company, and will be joining the startup in an advisory role. The website currently sees three million visits and about twelve million page views per month, the company said.

Mumbai-based hyperlocal discovery platform Living Local has reportedly raised a seed round of $200,000 (roughly Rs. 1.3 crores). Launched in 2014 as a coffee table magazine, the social media platform was launched in January 2016, and is focused on connecting people to neighbourhood activities.

Oyo Rooms
Hotel room aggregator Oyo Rooms has reportedly raised $100 million (roughly Rs. 664 crores) from existing investors, including Japan's SoftBank, Sequoia Capital, Lightspeed Venture Partners, Greenoaks Capital, DSG Consumer Partners, and Venture Nursery.

Imedilane
Delhi-based telemedicine focused healthcare startup Imedilane has reportedly raised angel funding of $40,000 (roughly Rs. 26.5 lakhs) from angel investors. Its website enables patients to connect with, compare, and consult doctors, who in turn use its service to manage appointments, health records, and billing.
