  Product is good.The indoor unit is exact same size as that of 1 ton.This unit is just 750 watts so simple 5amp plug wiring is enough. No need of seperate 15 amp wiring .Cooling is amazing . For a room of size 12 by 10 this AC cools instantly since it's not the top most floor.Compressor is very quiet and uses 410A gas as refgrirant.Very happy with the purchase.

• Save your packaging and be ready for a botched EMI - you wil probably need to return this disaster of an AC.

  This order started off great but ended up an absolute nightmare.I ordered the AC on a Sunday and it was delivered on Monday. By Tuesday two young men came to install the AC. We had some hiccups starting off, and the technicians were a bit rude, but it all seemed to be okay until the next morning we noted that the AC was leaking. We called the technician (he had left his number) and he came with another companion. They reinstalled the AC saying the angle of the water pipe was wrong. They damaged my wall slightly to move the AC up and then promised that it was fine. The AC has continued to leak incessantly. I called BlueStar who said I'd get (re)serviced in 24 hours. The technician called later and set up a time with me. He has not shown up and won't pick up the phone - I have called three times I've called Amazon for a refund/return. They require a job-sheet and the packaging for us to do the return and of course, I'm fully expecting the EMI to cause problems too, although Amazon has been quite good with handling the issue so far. Blue Star - not so much.
