This Blue star AC does the job neatly. The best part of it once the room is cool is the smart mode which provides a very nice cosy feel all through night. its quiet in this mode. I should say the remote also is good especially the buttons and display and buttons are quite visible in low light. I had really this problem with my old carrier ac remote which had all buttons same and power button in the middle. Delivery of ac on time. service within 1 day of delivery.Only thing I felt little bad was once they knew the wall stand is also bought along they added additional 250 for stand fitting on top of AC installation. I felt weird as stabiliser installation was covered but not wall stand which only helps proper fastening of outdoor unit and should be included in standard installation cost. Bluestar person fixing the appointment told me in standard installation means to keep the outdoor unit on the parapet or terrace without fastening!! Anyway that answer I did not expect from pioneers. Fixing would be additional 300 for really 6 bolts and drilling. For me I am happy and got a good deal with this ac.

Using this from 1 year , just cleaning inner unit nets after every 6 days , feeling as cold as living in manali, Just go for it.All features are simply superb and very useful.Feeling proud of Made in India Brand.

It's a good air conditioner for a small room of 100 sq. Ft with no noise. The best part is the temperature display LED, it also works as a night lamp. :)

After a few weeks a foul smell started coming

Cannot cool even a 10 by 10 room in one hour.

Its been 1 month I am using the AC.Installation was quick in 2 days and just Rs 499 as per Amazon offer.AC performance is good, air flow looks higher than my other brand AC which is good.BUT BlueStar after sales service is pathetic and I am regretting why I purchased BlueStar. I have to follow up with them to register the product (so as warranty is void), after 15 days follow up they registered but wrong serial nos mentioned on product registration email, though service engineer had taken the pics of product sr no. Now its 1 month I am following up, they have not corrected the product sr no in warranty document.Also as per amazon bluestar offer, it provides additional extended warranty of 3 years, which inspite of several followups with bluestar, they are not honoring the extended warranty

Although its an Indian CompanyThe air-conditioned is "Made in China"and I might give it backThe rating is basis only this.

Delay in installation, till now not able to install AC in home. This is one of the flip side of buying AC online.Blue Star please help.

Purchased 10 days before and still following up with the service provider and blue star for installation, getting reply as it will be at earliest from last 5 days, trying to understand their meaning of earliest...Poor service after purchase

The product deliverd on time,the cooling is not up to the mark,not even cools 80square foot room,total waste of money

AC is really nice everything is nice but I am giving 1 star for overall experience. The delivery guys dropped the outdoor unit 2 times and I literally had to plead to put the AC units inside the house they were not ready for doorstep delivery.To top all this the icing on the cake was installation they charged me ₹4600 for installation everything was extraexpensive and they didn't even closed the hole in wall after installation. Now that hole is a welcome door for lizards. The email that I recieved for installation it showed that amount paid by me was ₹0. Didn't expect this kind of service.The overall experience was really bad because of lousy service of delivery guy and installation team.ConclusionDon't buy this AC go for Voltas or some other brand if you don't want tons of installation and delivery hassle.If you don't mind paying a lot for installation then go for it.
