I am very happy with performance. My room is on top floor and it has too much hot temp. With this AC it cools in very little time and with energy save mode it saves electricity. I feel it little noise but installation guy said it will be there.

The best ac i have ever seen .. awesome air flow. Better than hitachi. But there are 2 cons, firstly the remote doesnt have lcd nd secondly there is only simple timer not advanced timer as u get in hitachi ac

I bought this exact AC from a local vendor 5 months back. The price was comparable to Amazon and i also got a 3000 off on exchange of my old AC. Even though I have not bought this particular model from Amazon I can comfortably say that this is one of the best value 1.5 ton window AC in market. I have bought and experienced other 1.5 ton window ACs over last 25 years like LG, Voltas, Samsung, Hitachi, Panasonic (worst) and Lloyds. This particular model tops them all. It is silent in operation, cools faster, has a 2 year warranty and has a very basic remote (which was good enough for me)

I bought a 1.5 ton Carrier Estrella window ac in 2007. Apart from a circuit board change, I have never faced any major problems with it. It has worked perfectly for the past 13 years without requiring a single gas refill.

Worth buying.....I guess carrier makes one of the best Acs.....

Cooling is awesome.. Functions are fine so far.. But Amazon packing was not on the box. Just sticker was present on the manufacturer box. Please handle with care. I had ordered one chimney from pepper fry. Com and packing was Kamaal ki. Hindmarch chimney pe pepper fry ki Alag se box packing...

Product description is incorrect. Received Estrella instead of Estrella Pro.However, product is of good quality with excellent cooling.Giving one star less due to wrong description in the ad.

Bought this product from Vijay sales @ 26k. Cooling is pretty good but power consumption is high.also, remote control comes with it is without display which is very annoying.

Worst product from Career. Fan and it?s associated parts loose and heavy noise. Don?t buy online these products. For installation one week above time and for service to wait until customer care centre pushes the technician. Horrible experience with this product. Delivery time of this product is more than 10 days. Big mistake choosing online.

Pathetic product and worst service... Have spent Rs 2450 every year from last 3 years and compressor too replaced once... Now as per Babylon service centre cooling coil needs replacement too at cost of 9000.. Such a horrible experience

Never ever buy this AC of you want to save your money. Service is pathetic. I got 4 time problem in 4 month and carrier people didnt even recognise the problem. Every time some part stop working. Md company does not replacing the AC. My money got wasted. If possible then would give negative ratings.
