    I had purchased carrier 1 ton 3 star split inverter ac ..Just few hours ago installation done ..But after few hours of installation it's swing notfully closed.. & i received package in pack position but inside package user manual was fully wet in polygon bags. How it possible ?

    Product is good and works fine, but installation charges and support is painful. extra charges were 5600 for installation, they never use your existing pipeline.
