The display sports Gorilla Glass for protection.Realme P4x comes with 4GB of RAM. The Realme P4x runs Android 16 and is powered by a 8000mAh battery. The Realme P4x supports 45W Fast Charging fast charging.

As far as the cameras are concerned, the Realme P4x on the rear packs 50-megapixel camera. It has a single front camera setup for selfies, featuring a 5-megapixel sensor.

The Realme P4x runs Realme UI is based on Android 16 and packs 256GB of inbuilt storage. The Realme P4x measures 166.48 x 78.23 x 8.78mm (height x width x thickness) and weighs 219.00 grams. It was launched in Rally White and Phantom Blue colours. It features an IP64 rating for dust and water protection.

Connectivity options on the Realme P4x include Wi-Fi and GPS. Sensors on the phone include accelerometer, ambient light sensor, compass/ magnetometer, proximity sensor, and fingerprint sensor.
