The phone comes with a 90 Hz refresh rate 6.74-inch touchscreen display offering a resolution of 720x1600 pixels at a pixel density of 260 pixels per inch (ppi). Vivo Y19s 5G is powered by a 2.4GHz MHz octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 6300 processor. It comes with 4GB, 6GB of RAM. The Vivo Y19s 5G runs Android 15 and is powered by a 6000mAh non-removable battery. The Vivo Y19s 5G supports 15W Fast Charging fast charging.

As far as the cameras are concerned, the Vivo Y19s 5G on the rear packs a dual camera setup featuring a 13-megapixel (f/2.2) primary camera, and a 0.8-megapixel (f/3.0) camera. It has a single front camera setup for selfies, featuring a 5-megapixel sensor with an f/2.2 aperture.
