My daughter started college and loves this computer. She doesn't have to charge it but every 2-3 days.

  • I love this laptop
Hannah (Oct 27, 2016) on Amazon
I love this laptop. It has the look and feel of a mac, but with Windows 10. You can turn the backlighting on the keyboard on and off by hitting a key on the keyboard. The laptop is very quiet. The battery is not hot when I use it unless there's less than 10% battery left. There's great customization options with Windows 10 and with the mouse touchpad. The touchscreen is useful for quickly moving between text boxes that you have to fill out on a webpage, doing surveys, and for just feeling cool. The only cons I've found are that you have to hold down the Fn key to use the Home and End buttons and that the laptop is hard to open compared to other laptops I've used. I definitely need two hands to open it, and I'm fairly strong and dexterous. This could be seen as a good thing however because it might mean that the laptop is structurally secure. You don't need to hold down the Fn key to change the screen brightness or volume.

  • Great, Lightweight, Powerful Computer
David M. Pittle (Jan 11, 2017) on Amazon
Great computer. Very powerful, but small and light. I was concerned that the SSD would be too small, but it is enough for daily work. It is light enough to pack into my camera bag and powerful enough to use for light post-processing. Of course the screen is too small to do serious, final work on photographs, but adequate for some initial improvements. With three usb ports, I can add a five-terabyte external drive to do any serious storage.

  • Good product in this price
Amazon Customer (Jan 22, 2017) on Amazon
This price this configuration never got, I was ready to purchase xps 13 , where I need to spent 1.29,000/- I got same configuration in 62,500/- which is like got luck draw, after got product there was small white dot on the screen which I can identify after 4 days, I tried to replace product but dell said until 5 white dot on screen they not replace, then I thought it's okay. So once you purchase please check that problem which you can only identify if open notepad on whole screen. But overall fully satisfied with performance, features, touch etc.

  • Insanely good deal!
Arpan Panicker (Jan 9, 2017) on Amazon
This was probably one of the best deals I've ever got. An i7 6th gen with supporting 8GB DDR4 RAM and 256GB SSD for INR 62,500. I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw it and bought it instantly. The package was delivered within 24 hours and had multiple layers of cardboard packing cushioning it quite well. It was already set up and ready to go. It's beautifully built and the construction feels very premium. It's not as slim or light-weight as an ultra-book and the 360-degree hinge gives it a bigger-than-usual bottom bezel, but when you take into account the kind of power this beast gives you, it all feels worth it.The screen is gorgeous, though it does have some backlight leakage at the bottom and top at full-brightness with a black background. But you have to go looking for it to notice. The keyboard backlight is also quite bright and bleeds a bit, if you are working in the dark. However, the actual experience of working on the laptop makes you forget all this. It's fast, has a great keyboard, and handles anything you can throw at it. I haven't gamed on it and use it mostly for work, and for that, it's more than adequate. The touchpad is massive and sensitive, and the speakers also sound loud and pack a punch. The battery varies between 6 and 8 hours depending on usage. The laptop does heat up when it's charging up from zero or when it's handling heavy tasks, but that's to be expected with an i7. It's not too noise though. The point is, it can do whatever you need it to do.It went out of stock soon after I bought it. I'm not sure if this configuration and this deal will be available any time soon. If it is, then grab it without a thought!

Lovely little machine. Solid state drive is very fast. A media card along with SSD gives adequate storage space. Great sound and graphics. Enjoy the ability to transform from PC to tablet.

  • Good computer, potential mousepad problem
Brigette L Stanley (Dec 3, 2016) on Amazon
I really like this computer. It's fast and light and has good specs and it wasn't that expensive. Unfortunately after just a week of use and very good care the left click on the mouse pad began to stick. I have never taken better care of a computer in my life so I'm sure it wasn't my fault. I had decided to send it back but it started to work again, it's 4 stars if it never happens again but if it does I'm going to send it back.

Brijesh Poojary (Nov 23, 2016) on Amazon
I am very happy with this product except for one small problem. The touchscreen stopped working recently ( I bought it one month ago ). I assume it is because of the new Windows Update, but I cannot find any new drivers for it.

  • Works fine now but honestly
Touhoua Yang (Feb 14, 2017) on Amazon
Purchased it brand new from Amazon yet right off the bat, I could not get the laptop to work and it was a Christmas present to my FIL. Ended up wasting 4 hours with Dell's customer service before being allowed to send it back. Took two weeks upon sending to receive the laptop back. Works fine now but honestly, this shouldn't be an issue with a brand new product. If it was just something minor that could've been fixed by calling customer service, I might have given it 5 stars but can't due to it being a gift and then having my FIL wait almost 3 weeks to get to use it

  • Good computer, albeit minor flaws
Andrew (Apr 13, 2017) on Amazon
1 month in, and so far so good. The components that matter to me listed below:Display: Crisp 1080p display. The screen is of high quality and is bright and vibrant. The touch screen function is pretty good, albeit not as good as say an iPad (I don't expect anything to be as good as that though). Although it does have a bit of a glare problem, it is still a fantastic display.Keyboard: Responsive and seems to be high enough quality. I expected that at least the spacebar would feel cheaper than normal, but that is not the case. The backlit keyboard also is visible in the dark but not too bright. Overall pretty good.Internals (CPU, Graphics, SSD, etc.): So far, everything is functioning to par. The i7 processor is great and fast, the graphics integrated in the MOBO seem to be just fine for my needs (Netflix and YouTube, no gaming!). The SSD is great, fast, and good storage. Keep in mind that the computer actually only has somewhere around 200 free GB after initial startup. For my office needs, multiple browsers open, a video and music playing in the background, it runs phenomenally. BEWARE: This is not a gaming PC! You can probably get away with some games with low quality graphics, but this is not a gaming PC. These days, you need to have a better GPU than what comes in standard PCs. I use this for everyday office work.Startup: So Dell kinda blew it on this one. The power button is finicky. Sometimes you need to press it to turn it on from sleep mode, other times you don't. On those instances that you don't and you press it anyway, it turns off and you have to wait to turn it back on. A single press will turn the PC off, and it's located on the side of the PC which can easily be bumped. The volume buttons are right next to it and feel the same, which makes for awkward power downs when you're just trying to adjust the volume.Trackpad: It is awful. It is responsive, and feels nice, and the clicking works well. HOWEVER, when you put two fingers on it and try to scroll up and down, the cursor flips out and only scrolls down 70% of the time. The other 30% the screen zooms in or out, or does nothing as the cursor skips around the screen like it's having a seizure.Battery Life: It's okay. With regular use I get maybe 6-7 hours out of it. 8 if I'm lucky. The chargers for Dell are notoriously awful, outdated technology. I'd get an extra in advance for when it will definitely fail.Overall, if you need a reliable office computer and are a princess like me and need it to be fast and "high powered", this is the PC for you. Just keep in mind some annoying Dell-isms.

  • Think before venture into this Dell Touchscreen Inspiron
Suresh BM (Dec 30, 2017) on Amazon
After doing review of all laptops in premium range finally zeroed on this. I purchased Inspiron 5368 i7 pro 8gb ram with 256gb SSD.Positive - sleek, moderately well finished, fast, good keyboard quality and tablet version is okNegative- weight, display, flickering display during switching from laptop to tablet or vice versa (updating bios fixed it but annoying), no vga or c port and packing is not to the mark.Touch screen stopped working since past few months did all updates and tried all possible techniques mentioned online but failed. For this price ..... will rethink before i recommend this to anyone else
