  i ordered two watch first was 3 months back and one recently both had same issue with the watch battery twice at first they took 2.5 months to be replaced but now customer service is not at all responding as i am a regular customer they dont even bother to respond to the drawback if u r lucky u will get good product or else no but the customer service is very bad at first while enquiry they respond faster once u buy the product they wont

  Waste watches within 6 months watches are getting complaints. They are not providing any service. Customer care people are not responding properly. Very very worst service

  I usually don't write reviews, but this one is different. I ordered this watch on the 14th of February, and I was also recommending people about this cool brand, but after waiting for my order for 5 days I sent an email that where's the order, they replied me the next day by saying that this is out of stock you can get the same article in green, first of all if I hadn't emailed when they were planning to share some update, however I asked but they just simply canceled, and now they are saying that if you want this article in green, you have to buy it from the website and pay an extra 2000 because they have increased the prices. messaging here so that people can also get some awareness about such brands that think that people who are buying your watches are dying to get your stupid watch!   I have purchased 3 watches, one is not working trying to contacted with customer service from one month but no response very worst customer service. Will never purchase again if will not get response.
