i ordered two watch first was 3 months back and one recently both had same issue with the watch battery twice at first they took 2.5 months to be replaced but now customer service is not at all responding as i am a regular customer they dont even bother to respond to the drawback if u r lucky u will get good product or else no but the customer service is very bad at first while enquiry they respond faster once u buy the product they wont

Waste watches within 6 months watches are getting complaints. They are not providing any service. Customer care people are not responding properly. Very very worst service

I usually don't write reviews, but this one is different. I ordered this watch on the 14th of February, and I was also recommending people about this cool brand, but after waiting for my order for 5 days I sent an email that where's the order, they replied me the next day by saying that this is out of stock you can get the same article in green, first of all if I hadn't emailed when they were planning to share some update, however I asked but they just simply canceled, and now they are saying that if you want this article in green, you have to buy it from the website and pay an extra 2000 because they have increased the prices. messaging here so that people can also get some awareness about such brands that think that people who are buying your watches are dying to get your stupid watch! Fire Bolt All Series worst product, very cheap quality, no one is response, worst customer service.

I have purchased 3 watches, one is not working trying to contacted with customer service from one month but no response very worst customer service. Will never purchase again if will not get response.

Dear all, I have bought the Fire Boltt watch, order id 2023241104757, which was received on 2nd may 2023. The product could not survive the water ingress, Their service centre has refused. From 9th of jul 2023, I am trying to contact them through mail, but no answer. The product is not worthy of spending Rs 1500. I want a replacement or preferably my money back, as I do not wanted to use this brand. And suggest you, to not to buy this product.

I purchased smart watch with in 2 months watch is not getting charging i complaint against that they sent new piece that also having same issue within a month then only i come to know that brand all products are very bad quality if any body purchasing this please think this and decide my suggestion don't purchase that's better

I purchased fire bolt cobra within one day it's display gone automatically they said to me it's a software issue and main problem is customer care is totally cheap and not satisfy the customer problem please don't purchase firebolt cobra.

Guys, don't waste ur money for fireboltt product, I bought it via myntra, watch hardly work for 2 months then battery issue occur and get it replaced in warranty period, then new watch received and it hardly work for 1 week and again battery issue, battery work for 15 minutes after 100% charging, when I contact the customer care, they deny to replace it Really a third class, roadchap product

Please go for other good company..don't buy fire Boltt products worst product and stealing product from coustomer during replacement and saying coustomer has sent empty box I have lost 6000 rs

Please Guys beware from this brand and please don't buy any FIRE Boltt product because they are scammers. I placed an order for the Fire Boltt Visionary Champagne Gold smartwatch ( Order No. #2023241153110 ) from the Fire Boltt official website on 08 May 2023. I received a Kids watch in the box instead of actual watch. But after Registered complaints lot's of time there's no positive response from coustomer care, Even i gave every proof which customer care asked for. I lost 2754 rupees (after discount price.) because I done payment at the time of order placed.

Never ever purchase this product, specially online. They send you faulty product, refuse for a refund and even after sending it back for replacement, they will not give you one, saying item is not instock. Customer service useless, never responding, even if you get them online, they ONLY tell you item is not in stock. Please friends first of all do not ever buy this product, even if you want to PLEASE do not buy it ONLINE. There is service at all online for this BRAND.

What ticket resolved, your customer executive are so pathetic they disconnected my phone. So pathetic services I ever saw, same watch Amazon is delivering same day to my address, while you guys are struggling in your own system, it's 10th day of my order, no signs of dispatch. I have never written a review for any company but this is being really a out of hand situation. I bought a smart watch product from them and it turned to be a faulty one. I asked for a replacement as warranty was still there. They where very fast to pickup the faulty product but after that no response at all. After weeks behind they provided a coupon. I bought another product using that coupon and weeks after its still.nor dispatched when asked they are saying it is canceled. I mean what kind of service is this. One of my worst experience with this big brand. I would suggest non of you to buy a single product from them. I still have mot received the product.

Dont buy fireboltt product. Road side product also work well than fireboltt. Purchase road side or go for good brand. I trusted this brand when they launch their product. But product is really disappointing.

After the product was delivered The very next day I tried to keep on charging but it didn't charge. Took it to service center. Received a sealed smart watch after 15 days. This time they sent me a dead product. Called the customer care and they told me to take to service center. Again they will take 15 to 20 days. So is this brand worth?

Recently I purchased a fireboltt King smart watch. It gives only 48 hours backup after full charge on very less used or without Bluetooth calling. If you given low product rating on fireboltt's website then they not publish. We careful about fake product rating on fireboltt .

Hi Team , I bought a smart watch ring 3 and after few months i got some battery issues then i raised a complaint about the same because that product was on warranty. Then after few days they sent the return delivery the product and they take it back , after 2 weeks they told me that they dont have replacement of this product and till that time i was sending texting to them everyday , and theny again after one week they said they will send the coupon code instead of the replacement product amount , i said fine i will wait for it , they send this mail to me before 10 days , still I did not go any coupon or replacement of the product , i thought they are better than noise company but I think i was wrong . So now they are not responding any more and now they taken money from me and not responding anything, i have a proof also on the mails . SO GUYS PLEASE THINK BEFORE PURCHASING THESE PRODUCTS THANKS
