This is very good product at this price. Washing Technology is Awasome. Spin Drier dry maximum cloth in just 2 mintus. very good product. It does not consume much water or electricity. Lightweight. Easy to move around, light and having wheels.

A wonderful washing machine , with all the facilities as are in a semi-auto machine. The best part is when it comes to change the direction of outlet drained pipe. It can be done without even opening the back panel of machine.Good build quality and washes clothes well. It has a large diameter washer , hence washing is good.

Working good, for small family who dont want to spend much, this is a good product for them. but it not for very heavy duty usage. and one thing i missed that it doesnt have buzzer.

What else do you need when it comes to wash ur clothes? -powerful machine, less water consumption (as u can control the water consumption which is not same as the automatic ones every time), 2 years of warranty! I had both automatic and semi automatic machines.. Both of samsung. Semi was old so i needed a new one. Since i had used samsung, and i knew nothing gud will come out from buying that as price was just double. So i bought this GEM washing machine. Exchange offer was great and returning process was too easy. Courier guys checked the old machine if its working and took it away giving me the new one!! Easy and Simple!! Go for it guys!! I have bought 2 of these washing machines and both are working efficiently, no issue until now. Wash quality is very nice, while washing we need to know some tricks about soaking of clothes, that's very important. It is very quick in washing and also is having good build quality.

Already rated it 5, but after using it for almost six months, can say this is quality product from GEM. Working good.
