I got broken laptop . and there is no process in replacement of product. they are changing date day by day. got fed up with this all. outer packaging was very poor inner was ok. if they are taking full money then they should make assure about product. anyway its quite annoying.

Lap started to hang in a month ,and flipkart customer service is very poor I have ordered washing machine , product description says has castor wheels but it has been received without wheels, when placed for replacement its been 2 months still my product is not replaced , if we contact to flipkart executives are not taking any responsibility , they are just saying same words we are sorry or we apologies and we give assurance , what assurance you people are giving just dates , but product replacement is not happening , is this the way to provide customer service ? If you can't provide quality product then you tag a line saying 6 quality checks and assured product.
