very good laptop. i like the body. features are also good. received the product in 3 days.purchased it for Rs 23,490 No separate shipping charges paid. Packaging was good. the contents were a laptop, battery, adapter, and setup guide.working properly although it has been just 2 days i am using it. let's see how it works in the future. hope for the best.keyboard, touchpad, buttons everything is good.windows 10 is pre-installed. microsoft office is all installed but it's a trial version. will need to buy the package after the trial version ends.it has camera, bluetooth, wifi, speaker within the laptop.it is asking to update the windows 10 version. till now i haven't updated, but will do update and see how it works.very happy with the laptop. you can go for it.

It's almost good but sir I am very sorry to tell about I did not see any product key for installing or activate Microsoft application so sir please help.And sir I did not received any CD for software installation.

It's been one month that I bought this laptop.I bought it for basic browsing purpose and it is a good laptop in this range. (having a win 10)It was slow in the start but speed improved after all the windows updated got downloaded in some days.The only negative thing is It comes with the MS office which asks product key for uses, though you can view the files but can not edit, I could not understand why it was preinstalled.Please don't buy it if you are looking for a high-performance laptop, it's only good for basic day to day uses.Peace.

Best buy at THIS cost of 23k**Review appropriated to the product cost**When you pay more than 30k for a decent mobile phone, why do you expect stars and moon from a 23k laptop?At such a low price, it's defintely a very good deal but if you are not happy with it's some of the shortcomings, why don't you shell out more?Ok, good build quality- already dropped once from 3 ft height, decent performance with win10 64 bit preloaded- more than enough for a home/student/small business users, no glitches so far - using since 7 days.Now, about some flip side points mentioned by few buyers -1. slim, lightweitght but big size due to 15.6 inch display. So if you like cute small lappies then choose display size carefully, it is not manufacturer's fault.2. Win10 installation and drivers issue- it's preinstalled completely. Period. If someone has challenge just putting their name, timezone etc basic info which is intentionally left for end user's inputs, it is a literacy problem. There are no additional drivers needed unless you attach a device externally. Even, most of the standard devices should get married to the laptop very easily with win10 plug n play capability.3. Display problems reported might be genuine but must be exceptional to few users and hopefully company of HP's strature will honor warranty.4. No CDs, user guide etc etc provided- true, it is a no-nonsense packet with minimum wastage! Once plug any device nowdays to internet, most of the stuff can be downloaded from oem/authorized sites, why to waste few CDs just for one time use and make them UFOs after keeping them unused for few years in your closet? Same with insane leaflets having safety imstructions, some unrelevant regulation etc in 22 languages! Do you think someone buys laptop despite of not knowing how to press a mouse click or maneouvre operating system?5. But here's a genuine issue- although the windows10 says genuine pridyct and gets registered with Microsoft, there is no license copy or not even a genuine Microsoft product sticker anywhere😢. How do I establish genuinity ? I admit, I have not yet tried contacting HP or MS servicedesk, who might have some clue on this.6. Shiny, gaudy surfaces- hmmm, yes. this could have been bit better as leaving it jazzy doesn't reduce manufacturing price and at the same time, definitely doesn't look decent 🙄. But this is again personal preference, some may like all the glitter and shine, good luck. checkout the picture with this review.7. Hard keys- agreed, feels like handling a tractor when you are in a car 😉. kb and mouse keys could have been better without adding much cost.8. No backlit kb, minute LED indicators that too on the side panels, which is an ergonomical disaster! Another design flaw is that, all the connections go on the side panels and not at the backplate. This might be bit convenient but at the same time, connectors occupy space on both the sides instead of getting concealed in the backyard 😑. This also poses risk of breaking/disturbing connectors accidently. checkout the picture with this review......phew .....thank you for reading through the length😁

Worthy.. product,I purchased this laptop in 21,400/- (includeing 1500/- Sbi cashback offer).firstly I would like to write a review about packaging,Amazon packaging was really impressive ,also delivery fast with in 2 days (during offer, time estimate so long)About laptop1. Build quality was good (except the screen mount material too smooth) save from jurk.2. Looking was satisfactory.3. Performance is so good AMD processor working nicely as well as intel core i3 ,its maximum speed 2.0 MHz ,but i see the performance its work nicely above 2.0 to 2.48MHz with turbo boost technology.RAM performance also good.3. Integrated Graphics fyn.restrict only fine working with low graphic game.4. Window 10 home genuine but its update disappointed way ,5. Disk space management disappointed ,There are two drive C: - window and ur data 480gb in single drive , I want windows file in a separate drive (for prevent window file) another oneF:- recovery. ,Happy about camera and dts sound technology.By the way totally money worth product.
