Not a gaming device. But overall it?s very fast and smooth

In less than 2 months usage,the laptop was displaying cooling fan error (code 90B). Same was attended by HP technician & found fan not working, which then was made operational. (sold by Appario retail pvt ltd). Otherwise,the product has been fulfilling for me in all ways.

Amazing light weight product

After 1 month of use I am writing this review. There were are few issues initally with software. Battery life is 4-5 hrs. Disabling background apps & enabling battery saver seems to help improve battery life. Display is excellant with high contrast and colors. The fan tends to keep running always. However you can fix that with Notebook FanControl software.

This is very good decision for everyday use and the laptop is light weight, excellent display and amazing sound quality. Overall the speed is very good and does all the actions without much fuss. Highly recommend.

Horrible Sound experience, speakers don't work properly, Video conference on Google meet disconnects while regularly. Disappointed

Features are good but doesn't work smoothly.. Gets heated too much in less than 10 minutes, and this is happening since the day I bought this product.Also had cortana issue, it would automatically open a new window in 9 minutes precisely and then hundreds of new windows starts opening you keep closing them but you can't stop closing those windows until you shut down the laptop.In short you can't work for more than 10 minutes.Very upset with this product.I wish this had a negative rating option too, -5.

Never ever buy this product.... doesn't work well even 30 days....this is the most worst product of Hp... battery get heated like bomb after using even 20 minutes....when u talk to customer care they even could not help you.
