Great Product from IFB - apart from the best in class features and reliability in Front Loading the design and look is also classy.

The delivery is worst I never expected this kind of delivery from flipkart the product is lot of damage all over the place

Delivered on time by flipkart and installation done by IFB with in 2 days. Have done 2 washes. Clean wash and less sound. IFB person didn't force me to buy any. But I bought the stand (Rs.1400, nice quality) and the liquid (Rs. 350 for 1 litre, does the job well). I would have bought the cover as well for Rs. 650 (good quality). Over all the experience with Flipkart and IFB is good.

I haven't used it but I will talk about the delivery I received a message stating it will arrive before 3pm .I did not arrive until 8:30 and as it was a return I had to return the old washing machine the guys who delivered it refused to carry the old one to the truck and I had to call people to do it

Delivery was as per expectation from Flipkart. Product installation within scheduled time. Product performance is awesome with low water consumption, low noise and extra features like time scheduling and different mode for different clothes. Some people claimed issues during installation like extra charges and installation person insistence to buy their stuffs like washing liquid, water softener etc. I just want to clarify if you wish to have these features you can buy else they do not not insist to buy. Overall it's very good product.

Well as always great experience with flipkart, product was delivered on promised date in perfect packaging. The demo/installation was also arranged by flipkart and IFB guy called me the very next day for the same. The demo/installation was great and all my queries were answered to my expectations. Also as i read in other reviews the IFB guy did inform me about the recommended products like stand, detergents, cover etc. but didnt push me at all to buy them. As far as the washing machine is concerned, i m quite happy with it. The wash quality is really great and clothes come out clean as new, not kidding! This is when till now i have only had 5 wash cycles and for all i used the quick 30 program. Need to try other programs and see the results. The product is stable without the stand and there is hardly any noise or vibration during operation. Totally recommended!

Product is fantastic. As most other reviews have noted, the staff involved in installation of the unit needs to improve. They made rubbish claims that the tap we had for the inlet pipe from our previous machine (IFB Senator) had to be changed and therefore skipped installing the new inlet pipe and used the old one. They asked us to get a plumber and install the new pipe and tap. When the plumber arrived, he said there was no need to change the pipe and the inlet pipe fit the exact same way as the old one. The staff also persistently insisted on buying a water filter and liquid detergents, which we refused.
