The brand IFB is cribbing a lot on usage of external products like stabalizers filter and the machine liquid and many more , they even mention that the warranty is claimed only if the IFB products are used with the machine else no warranty. They force you to use the products which are senseless and not required to have. Its customer freedom to use what he wants not the company decides what we customer does. Strongly condemn the culture of forced and fearful marketing.

Service issue.. Not guidance properly... Liquid cap very delicate.. Waste water outflow cap not fixing properly.. Very disappointed.. Waste of money before lg washing machine better
