iQOO Z1 5G mobile was launched on 19th May 2020. The phone comes with a 6.57-inch touchscreen display offering a resolution of 1080x2400 pixels at a pixel density of 400 pixels per inch (ppi) and an aspect ratio of 20:9. iQOO Z1 5G is powered by a 2GHz octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 1000+ processor that features 4 cores clocked at 2GHz and 4 cores clocked at 2.6GHz. It comes with 6GB of RAM. The iQOO Z1 5G runs Android 10 and is powered by a 4500mAh non-removable battery.

As far as the cameras are concerned, the iQOO Z1 5G on the rear packs a 48-megapixel (f/1.79) primary camera; an 8-megapixel (f/2.2) camera, and a 2-megapixel (f/2.4) camera. The rear camera setup has autofocus. It sports a 16-megapixel camera on the front for selfies with an f/2.0 aperture.

The iQOO Z1 5G runs iQoo UI is based on Android 10 and packs 128GB of inbuilt storage. The iQOO Z1 5G is a dual-SIM (GSM and GSM) mobile that accepts Nano-SIM and Nano-SIM cards. The iQOO Z1 5G measures 163.97 x 75.53 x 8.93mm (height x width x thickness) and weighs 194.78 grams. It was launched in Galaxy Silver and Space Blue colours.

Connectivity options on the iQOO Z1 5G include Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac/ax, GPS, Bluetooth v5.00, USB Type-C, 3G, 4G (with support for Band 40 used by some LTE networks in India) , and 5G. Sensors on the phone include accelerometer, ambient light sensor, compass/ magnetometer, gyroscope, proximity sensor, and fingerprint sensor. The iQOO Z1 5G supports face unlock.
