Worst Mobile EverMaria Sebastin (Oct 9, 2018) on Gadgets 360I bought this phone thinking it's a good mobile because of the brand name.plz plz plz don't ever buy this phone it's just been 3 days that it's delivered the display is gone the mobile charger has a problem as it charges very slowly and the phone gets heated while charging overall it's worst phone when I called homeshop18 they said they can't accept return asked to contact Karbonn srrvice center .the staff at the service center at Jayanagar Bangalore-Fine Fone Solutions were very rude they said that they can't replace the phone they can only change the display and will need to send it to Delhi and it would take 15 working days for us to get back the mobile if we are ready to wait then we can give them the phone we can leave.i don't if it we will get it back within 15 days there was another person who had the same who we met there had the same problem and he hasn't got back his phone and now it's been 2 months and he still hasn't got his mobile back as they couldn't get a new display for his mobile phone.Homeshop18 should escalate this issue to Karbonn or they should stop selling this mobile phoneIs this review helpful?
