Received the product less than estimated delivery time. Installation person had done good job, professional and explain the demo well. He took almost 1hr to finish the job. the whole drilled on the wall was properly packed by them only. I got to get the wiring done as per my requirement separately. Product wise: Cooling capacity is good. It is cooling the room in less than 5 mins. Features are good. We can operate the AC in 4 different modes as per the capacity requirements. 0.5ton, 1ton, 1.2 ton and 1.5 ton. Got for very good price for the features. Overall my AC buying experience is awesome.

Fantastic product from LG. Mind-blowing deal from Flipkart. Pros - 1) Excellent cooling, cools 13x11 ft room within 10 mins when temperature set at 25°c 2) Extremely energy efficient. Used it at 40% energy control and 25°c for 6 hrs, energy consumption less than 2 units. 3) Fantastic build quality. Feels sturdy and durable. 4) Good installation and demo from LG. Cons - No cons as of now. Extremely delighted with the product.

AC is working good .But installation boys took more money for Installation.

fantastic product, cooling is superb. But the installation boys are taken more money than offer installation charge also they deny to setting the outside indoor without a solid platform.

Cooling is superb and the product looks too premium. Installation charge was Rs.4900(Outdoor Stand, Installing AC, Copper pipe 4 meters, Electrical wire extension )which is bit extra.

Product is too good. Must mention about the energy efficiency. I have tasted last 4-5 days regarding energy consumption. With temperature set @27° and power level at 40% used continuous 8 hours. The energy consumption was max 1.6 units. Also AC is super silent during operation. Now regarding installation they came as per my requested time and completed the job in 1.5 hours. But they were in hurry. Also they didn't seal the hole on wall from outside. When i asked about this they replied they don't have white cement with them so if I can arrange now then they will do it.Who keeps white cement ready in his house?? They should have informed me regarding this so that i could have arranged it before installation. Also i was very very disappointed with delivery of the AC. The product was sent through GATI Courier with assured delivery date of 8/10/2019.AC reached their Ahmedabad center on 8th but they didn't deliver it to me. On 10th and 12th GATI twice updated status as delivery attempted but customer not available but I have not received any call from both the days. After multiple follow up with Flipkart and GATI the delivery was done finally on 15th. Flipkart should take care of this.
