This Lg ac was very very very good product.1.Ac look is awsome.2.noise level is better.3.100% value for money product4.All system is awsome.5.Main review is energy efficiency. I am use from 3 week. And low energy consumed only 2 unit in 8 hours at 25 c @ 40% enery efficiency mode.It means only 10 rs for one night.I am suggest you can purchase lg ac for save you money also electric.

After 5 days of dilivery, no installation was done.Lg sevice technicians are not active, LG should improve their service, negative star for LG service.

Amazon invoice said its free installation but LG technician charged Rs.1000 for installation

Leakage of water

Poor LG service. Flipkart delivered the product on time. AC is good too but the LG installation guys are the most unprofessional idiots i have ever seen. They don't have proper tools for the job and just so they could make extra money they routed the copper pipes by making the hole on the left side of the ac instead of right side. This way they were able to use 10 feer more copper pipe. Total installation charges were 6750 rupees which is absurd. They didn't even sleeve the pipes properly. Wall hole is a mess. I had no idea LG is such a disaster company when it comes to service.

No gas found in outdoor unit. May be it is damaged during transportation
