Truly energy efficient. Noisy, if indoor unit fan runs above f2 setting. Overall it is excellent.

Its amazingly good product, create such a cold breeze even at 43 degree while set at 27 degree. LG has good service team to support them albeit some confusion as call was initially assigned to Ahmadabad jurisdiction whereas mine was Gandhinagar.

Cooling, look, colour, material, facilities, services all are excellent

As of now it is working great ,using it from past three days.One of the best seller , item has been delivered with in 3 hours and he is very polite. Wifi options working great, ThinQ app have lot of options.

Very good product by LG. 165sq.ft room cool with in 8-10min. With in 26-28°c this is very energy efficient. All features like himalayan cool, 4 way swing, wifi works properly. Smart Thinq apps work properly. It is very useful for current consumption tracing. This ac is very silent & O/D unit is also very silent. AC is very energy efficient, at night after 1-1.5hour it consume only 200-300watt at 27°C, it works(fan mode) within my 900va inverter at the time of load shading. Overall very good product. After 1.5 months use I dont face any problem. But one thing, installation guys are not from LG.

Hi, I haven?t bought this from local dealer and put review for the same on my youtube channel @ the v talksWhy this Ac is best1) It?s 5 start with dual Invertor series. Cooling is good and indoor unit doesn?t produce any noise.2) Lg Smart thinq is best app so far. It doesn?t crash and more they keep updating it. Latest interface is just awesome. It has lot of features. Like energy consumed, filter cleaning, etc3) Alexa integration is good. Check the video for more.4) 4 ways air throw.Considering the Price I would say you won?t these features in other ac. Considering future ac gonna be more compatible with either Alexa or Google home.i have purchased this as well lg wifi dual window ac. So far no complaints with cooling.

A very good product produced by LGIt has again met the standards of it's brand...Writing this after a smoke time of usage... definitely would recommend for a buy....But the problem is the time it took for installation was pathetic. Had to follow up with them for a week to get this installed

Works noise less and cools very fast.However, the lid to access filter is very tight. So, not able to clean the air filter.

I wanted the best A/C available at the time I purchased this one - I've had too many issues with split units and wanted a five star cooler. Well this is it. It's perfect. Super quiet and very efficient, but it's also expensive. I believe it was the most expensive A/C on Amazon at the time I purchased. I've had very bad luck with Samsung - won't touch that again.

Product- 5 star *****(For cooling, energy efficiency, less noise and looks)Installation- 3 star ***(Service engineers of LG were not professional and childish at Lakhimpur city)Delivery- 1 star *(Service of GATI courier is worst in India and Amazon is stuck with it for large appliance delivery, really dissapointing and very late delivery even after the last deadline date)Service engineers send were some young childrens not professional in any sence they were in hurry to bind up the work, their handling of product were like that the product was their enemy, they were handling it very harshly. I have to continiously watch and instruct them till the installation was completed they even not willing to tape the openings nor did fill the drilled holes they left it open till date telling me this is not their job.Coming on the product this Lg 1.5 ton ac is very energy efficient and cools instantly. It has dual compressor and ultimatly two layers of condenser in outdoor unit. It has 5 fan modes which is a delight and very good swing modes. Looks are awesome. Not checked the wifi feature and no mention of alexa support will check and update it later. Overall a very good deal must go for it but beware of courier service by amazon and service engineers by LG( Hope they send professionals at your city).Connects fine with LG THINQ app but for alexa instructions are not clear.
