A great product at such low price. Cheapest price of all 1.5 ton ACs. Cooling is decent from the product and is very energy efficient. You can keep it running and dnt have to worry abt electricity bills. It has an energy saving mode when u set it to 24-25 degrees. It automatically shuts down when the room is cooled and then resumes when the room temperature rises a bit. Noise level from the AC is there, but it wont disturb you at all. Its a product for those who want good cooling at lowest electricity bills. Service - LG service is fast and responsive.Kudos

I purchased this AC in almost 24k during some offer period. I am very satisfied with the cooling & power consumption. I can not guarantee but tube material seems copper, however I never found tube material mentioned anywhere whether in LG website or any other website. Noise level is as much as in other window ACs.

Great ACWe installed LG LWA5CS5A AC in April 2016.Cooling is good and has high energy efficiency, 1415 W which is best in class.

It was noisy/faulty product , Thanks to flipkart for replacing it. Now working fine. Energy consumption is exactly 1415 watt as mentioned on product. Cooling is also good.

In AC name why it is written as 5 star AC as in details flipkart is showing its feature as 3 star rating. Less competency in writing or technical knowledge. ....

I bought this AC from flipkart but the remote was missing. LG is not servicing it saying they will not look into complaints for purchases made on Flipkart. Now Flipkart is also not able to give me the remote. I doubt whether the item sold is original or not

Very noisy,This ac cools fast, consumes only 8 units overnight, but is noisy, my advise to customers, better spend more 8-9k and buy a split ac in same configuration

Wastage of money!

Rats found inside the AC unit while unpacked. Unit is scratched here and there inside by the rats. The unit looks like unpacked earlier. The packing material used inside are broken and joined by wide cello-tapes. Installation people were horrible. They were not on time. Completely non-cooperative. Wasted my day.

Sent damaged piece. thermocole is damaged. Almost all after one year use iam giving this review working nicely no repair up to now. I purchased 5 star rating one but I don't fell I saved current, there is no huge difference between the two.
