very fast cooling. Good from the inside home experience. bad from outside though. the outer compressor unit makes a big nose for sometime. also it's huge in size.

This ac is a beast. Cools the house super fast and lighter than most other 2 ton ACS in electricity usage. Definitely worth the buy.

i am revising rating upwards to 4 stars agaisnt my below mentioned rating of 2 stars. It os basednon neat and clean installation done by LG team at short notice. Eventually its a good product. I am mow happy. Old review 2 star: I got a good price for the AC. But the installation assistance by flipkart was extremely sub standard. After giving me a date of installation no one turned up and after multiple chasers to flipkart there was no response for 4 days. Finally I had to call up LG customer care and arrange everything for installation. After 32 days, I am hoping it will get installed tomorrow. Except for installation I feel i still got a good deal on price.

Satisfied with the quality of work. However, the LG technician was poorly trained and lacked skill. Irritated me to the maximum. After installation and rectifying thre error 4 times there was still leakage from the AC. The technician as per his own likes and dislikes used a local made pipe for water outlet and not the original. It took him 6 hoincorreurs to install the AC correctly, at last before leaving behaved impolitely and rude saying that I can complaint against the incorrect installation. Unexpected and totally disgraceful show by LG.

Product is excellent do is amazon service. LG installation team took 1100 as installation charge as cheating . Called amazon but they passed on buck to LG . Mixed experience

Product is too large for home use. The outdoor unit is exceptionally large. Also if you do not have a pre planned installation layout please do not buy the product since LG support and installation personnel are pathetic! Suggest you use an independent ac consultant for LG equipment.

Never buy LG AC, DOES NOT WORK PROERLY FOR EVEN ONE MONTH. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED
