Firstly flipkart is always a great service! Spot on with their packaging and delivery! Impressive! TV has a great value! Initially when I tried with a tata sky sd I wasn't really impressed.. But when I played a 1080p video on the tv using USB.. I was literally astonised by the clarity and colors of this TV! There you go it has a great display... Sound okay but could have been better... Overall functionality is easy and am all happy with the purchase.. Good buy!

Never had a problem in 2 years, thanks to LG quality control. One disadvantage I came to know is that Manufacturer waranty is not applicable if LG products are bought online

Hi All, I have owned a videocon full hd before. I have not used many TVs so I cant compare with them. My parents have Sony Bravia. I bought this TV four weeks back from a local shop as I wanted the same weekend. TV is really good and the clarity is real great. I have read many reviews for Full HD TV and many have complained the picture quality is not good. Remember a TV is as good as the input. So if you input a 480p cable to your TV dont expect your TV to convert to 1080p/i (pun intended). I have tried different formats of video in USB and it works, I have tried HDMI output from laptop and it works. Currently using Videocon HD with some 20 HD channels and the quality is very good. Will be purchasing Chomcast 2 soon. Its not launched in India however will wait for it to make my TV smart - for some reasons i did not purchase smart TV as i did not liked to have a closed smart experience. I would prefer to carry chromcast to native during holidays and use my parents Sony TV as smart TV as well :) If compared with my previous videocon and my parents Sony Bravia honestly I cannot tell a difference. All are good however LG has the IPS panel which is really great. update :- 04/12/2015 My brother gifted me Chromcast 2, 2 weeks before and the experience is just wonderful. If you want an excellent TV with quality and clarity this TV is for you..This can be made all the more good with Chromecast 1/2 / such dongles which can really make your TV smart..Trust me this way the TV is way smarter than regular smart TVs..

The TV is good and offers crystal clear pictures. Viewing angle is also good and I did not noticed any reduction in quality when viewing pictures from various angles. The sound is also good but not as good as the picture quality. It could have been better.

I had many LED Tvs including Samsung Sony brand (At my Home),But i find this product a bit more satisfying. I purchased this product after much research and i am proud of m decision. Good- Display, Handling , Packaging, Look, Performance till now bad ( Could be better) - Sound if you are not using external speaker, File system supported for External hard disk (If your HDD or Pen drive is not on NTFS or FAT LED will not recognize that) Bad - Not about product but LG service, Service guy came after 2 3 times calling although flipkart and seller had booked the service request on my behalf. After checking the bill and seller name he told that this product was bought from online so he will charge for service ( 800 for wall mount and 500 for service charge) but i was not ready to pay after a bit discussion he got ready to do but his behavior was totally depressing. I will drop a mail to flipkart about this incident and will request them to talk to LG (or any other electronics company as well) about their biased behavior. if LG store can offer us around same price (not equal also) we would have bought from them.

No One got in touch. After 6 calls and 4 emails from ourside, TV is still not Installed. I Think You guys are taking things lightly. Please remember that no one is above Law and I am seriously thinking of taking legal action. No one visited for Installation. You said by 3rd October TV will be installed. but still not done. Please take this seriously and arrange for Installation. Till now, I have not even checked, what you delivered, Inside the Pack TV is there or Stone is there? Hope you understand the situation at hand. Do not buy lg TVs, I bought lg 5820 TVs in 2014, now it has display problems, bad display spots.
