Flipkart provided me this washing machien for Rs 17,500 while same was available in market for much higher price of Rs 20,000. Delivery was very well on time and installation and demo services were provided by Flipkart from LG free of cost..!! Good job!

I ordered on Big App Shopping day 22-June-2015 for Rs.16290/- It was sent by GATI Courier Service & delivered on 26-June-2015 Installation- After delivery, Flipkart sent me a Ticket No. for Free installation within 3 days. After 2 days i got a mail from Flipkart stating the Free Installation Ticket is closed since Installation people informed Flipkart that "Customer did Self Installation". But they never called me or contacted me. Then i raised a complaint by calling customer care, they took extra 2 more days to resolve the issue. At the end of assured date they again mailed me asking for extra 2 more days to solve the issue... As I was fed up with these extra 2 more days mails, I called LG Customer Care Service and got Washing Machine installed by them paying extra Rs.350/- Product- It doesn't consist of any wheels for easy movement so a stand with wheels is required which cost me around Rs.600/- Inlet/Outlet pipes provided were little short for my needs It does the job pretty well with less noise and vibrations... Overall- A great Product from a reliable brand and worst/nill Flipkart Free Installation service

Good price compared to offline. Does the job ad expected No sound Silent killer. Functions are good . But limited colurs are only available in flipkart.

Three uears of use no complain

I received this machine on the same day of the order, It was really amazing service. But the delivery boys were not professional they were asking for "Bakshish (tip)", I was surprised to hear it because I have never paid this so far. Anyways coming to the washing machine. Its quite cool in order to operate, very less sound, wash quality is good.You will only hear the sound of water circulating around in the tub from a certain distance. It has been only 4 days to me. Till now its good and working fine.

Washing machine delivered on time. I was Supposed to deliver only 3 days after but received very fast.

The Washing machine was delivered Very Promptly on the desired date on desired time. The Technician opened the Box assembled the Hose pipe and basic things. Gave a very prompt demo and also gave us a choice of Washing Machine cover and the Castered wheels stand. He charged very minimal for the same Rs. 1200 for the both. He even Gave the packets of washing machine cleanser salt. Washing performance is just very good. It washes very good. Has many different options of washing. It auto detects the weight and measures the water level automatically. The water consumption is also very less. Power consumption is fine. All is well with this washing machine. It does what it promises.

Bought this during the big billion sale, having set my eyes on a superior model. Ended up buying T7208TDDLH as the other model was sold out. It has a good fuzzy logic which can automatically detect the water level based on the amount of clothes in the drum. I felt that the volume of the drum was a tad smaller comparing with our old Godrej washing machine. You have ten water level presets, so that can help you save water. The delayed start option seemed a little clumsy and would need some practice to get used to. The RPM is not top notch, so you would still have a little wetness in the clothes after the spin cycle. Not the very best, go for a better model if you can afford one.

Timely delivery. Not much of notice..the functions of delayed start is helpful. Lot of choices on functions to select from.
