  I bought if offline in 26.5 for hostel roomCoolling is not like real window ac but it's fine for hostel as it's portable can be hidden in cupboards

  Not much effective. I stay at a rented place, bought this as owner was not permitting to drill a hole for split. It cools the room, brings it to safficient temperature to stay comfortable, but is not sustained. Maybe because of the direction of vent. I think it would be best suited for situations like mine and room must be less than 10x10feet to be more effective.

• Good product..needs more backup by manufacturer.

  Product was as described...only drawback was that Llyod do not provide an installation service for this machine. One has to arrange own Mason or carpenter to install it..which they may not have the knowledge of doing .Dealer interaction was superb ..he was very helpful.
