With less than an hour to go before Tim Cook's keynote address at 10:30pm IST, the Apple Store is down. This has almost become customary with all product launches - the store is ostensibly being updated with new products, in this case hopefully it could be the new iPhone.
A new version of the iPhone is expected to feature a dual-core processor, an edge-to-edge display, 1GB of RAM, enhanced voice recognition facilities and the latest version of the iOS.
Reports also suggest the existence of an iPhone 4S, which will be an updated variant of the current generation iPhone. This version may come at a cheaper price tag than the carrier price tag of $299.
