In the market for an affordable smartphone? You might want to check Kult's offering. The telecom brand in partnership with Wistron on Tuesday launched its first smartphone in India. Called 10, the handset offers 4G LTE connectivity, dual-SIM support, and a 5-inch HD display.

The Kult 10 sports a 5-inch HD (720x1280 pixels) IPS display with a layer of Asahi's Dragontrail glass. It is powered by Qualcomm's 64-bit capable quad-core SoC (unspecified chipset) with 3GB of RAM. On the storage front, there's 16GB of internal memory, and users can add up to 128GB of additional storage using a microSD card.

Other features of the Kult 10 include a 13-megapixel rear-camera with anti-shake, face detection, manual focus, exposure controls, smile and gesture capture features, a 5-megapixel front-facing shooter, and a 2350mAh battery with support for fast charging. The handset runs Android 5.1 Lollipop out of the box, though the company claims it is upgradeable to Android 6.0 Marshmallow - without providing a firm timeline.
