Micromax A27 Ninja now available online for Rs. 3,399

Android budget phone offerings from Micromax continue to release, with the latest addition in the form of the A27 Ninja . The device was recently spotted on the company's official website and has now been listed with online retailer Saholic for Rs. 3,399. Though Flipkart also had the device listed for a slightly higher price of Rs. 3,499, it is now currently out of stock.

The Micromax A27 Ninja features a 3.5-inch (480x320 pixels) capacitive touch display and runs on Android 2.3 Gingerbread. It comes with a VGA rear fixed focus camera and FM Radio.

The device is powered by a 1GHz Spreadtrum SC6820 processor with 256MB RAM. It comes with 160MB of internal storage that is expandable upto 16GB with microSD. The dual-SIM device has a 1,400mAh battery and connectivity options include Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g, 2G (EDGE), Bluetooth 2.1 and Micro-USB.

The Micromax A27 Ninja has a unique Swipe 'n' Share feature that lets you share apps, games, photos, videos, songs & more with other Android devices with just a swipe.

The company has recently launched the A30 Smarty 3.0 dual-SIM Android phone for Rs. 3,849, while the A65 Smarty dual-SIM Android device went up for sale online for Rs. 4,999. The company is also expected to launch the A89 Ninja, which is listed on the company's website under the coming soon section with no price tag.

Earlier dual-SIM offerings from the company in the Smarty range include the A25 now available for Rs. 3,550 and the A68 priced at Rs. 6,499. Apart from the Smarty range, the company also offers budget Android phones in the Ninja series namely the A56 Ninja 2, the A57 Ninja 3 and the A87 Ninja 4.

The company's Superfone series include budget smartphones such as the A45 Punk, A80 Infinity and A44 Punk.

Micromax had recently also unveiled the Micromax A116 Canvas HD, a full-HD budget offering. The device sports a 5-inch HD IPS screen that supports an HD resolution (1280x720) and a colour depth of 16.7 million. It is powered by MediaTek's MT6589 1.2 GHz quad-core processor and runs on Android 4.1 (Jelly Bean). It comes with a 2100mAh battery and is expected to be available this month for under Rs. 15,000.
