Poco X2 Price in India Revealed, Available From February 11: Highlights

Poco X2 price in India starts at Rs. 15,999. Poco X2 packs in a quad rear camera setup along with dual selfie cameras. The Poco X2 also has a Qualcomm Snapdragon 730G SoC and ships with up to 8GB RAM and up to 256GB storage. Poco X2 is the second smartphone from the Poco brand, following the Poco F1 that was launched all the way back in 2018. Poco used to be a Xiaomi sub-brand until January 2020, when it was spun off into an independent entity. Poco X2 is a Realme X2 competitor, which is evident based on its pricing.

Poco X2 specifications

Poco X2 ships with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 730G SoC with up to 8GB RAM and 256GB storage, which makes it a direct competitor for the Realme X2. Poco spent a lot of time comparing the Poco X2 with the Realme X2 during the launch event. The Poco X2 has a quad rear camera setup with a 64-megapixel primary camera (Sony IMX 686 sensor), an 8-megapixel wide angle camera, a 2-megapixel depth sensor, and a 2-megapixel macro camera. Poco said the macro camera can go up to 2cm from the subject, and it also claimed that Realme X2's macro camera can go 4cm from the subject. The Poco X2 supports RAW image capture, 960fps slow-motion capture, and a new feature called Vlog Mode. 

The Poco X2 has a dual selfie camera setup with a 20-megapixel wide-angle camera and a 2-megapixel camera on the front. These are housed in a hole punch on the screen. Poco also touted the video capture capabilities of the Poco X2, claiming that it takes great videos. We'll have to wait till our review is complete to judge whether the videos are good enough.

The Poco X2 features a side-mounted fingerprint sensor. It has Gorilla Glass 5 on the front and the back. Poco X2 has the 1217 Super Linear Speaker, and it has a 3.5mm headphone jack along with a USB Type-C port. The three colours of the Poco X2 are Atlantis Blue, Matrix Purple, and Phoenix Red. Poco X2 has an infrared blaster, a P2i splash-proof technology, and support for VoWiFi support for better indoor connectivity. 

The Poco X2 features a display refresh rate of 120Hz, along with a 6.7-inch display with a full-HD+ resolution with an aspect ratio of 20:9. Teasers have also confirmed that the smartphone will ship with a 27W fast charger to take the Poco X2's battery from 0 to 40 percent in 25 minutes. The battery capacity is 4,500mAh.

On the software front, the Poco X2 is ships with MIUI 11 based on Android 10.

Poco X2 price in India for 6GB RAM and 64GB storage is Rs. 15,999. Poco X2 price in India for 6GB RAM and 128GB storage is 16,999. Poco X2 price in India for 8GB RAM and 256GB storage is Rs. 19,999. There's a Rs. 1,000 discount for ICICI Bank cardholders initially. The Poco X2 will be available from February 11 at 12pm on Flipkart.
