The display sports Gorilla Glass for protection. Nokia X100 is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 480 processor. It comes with 6GB of RAM. The Nokia X100 runs Android 11 and is powered by a 4470mAh non-removable battery. The Nokia X100 supports wireless charging.

As far as the cameras are concerned, the Nokia X100 on the rear packs a quad camera setup featuring a 48-megapixel primary camera; a 5-megapixel camera; a 2-megapixel camera, and a 2-megapixel camera. The rear camera setup has autofocus. It has a single front camera setup for selfies, featuring a 16-megapixel sensor.

Nokia X100 is based on Android 11 and packs 128GB of inbuilt storage that can be expanded via microSD card (up to 1000GB). The Nokia X100 is a single SIM (GSM) mobile that accepts a Nano-SIM card. The Nokia X100 measures 171.44 x 79.70 x 9.10mm (height x width x thickness) and weighs 217.00 grams. It was launched in Midnight Blue colour.

Connectivity options on the Nokia X100 include Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n/ac, GPS, Bluetooth v5.10, NFC, USB OTG, USB Type-C, FM radio, 3G, 4G (with support for Band 40 used by some LTE networks in India) , and 5G. Sensors on the phone include accelerometer, ambient light sensor, barometer, compass/ magnetometer, gyroscope, proximity sensor, and fingerprint sensor. The Nokia X100 supports face unlock.
