Touch problem

I purchased a oppoA31 on 27.6.2020 and found touch is not functioning properly on 5.7.2020, some times it works some time unable to open, so approached the shop and they told to return to Oppo Service center. Now given to SC and waiting for their response.

Worst mobile I ever had

I just bought OPPO A31 6GB/128GB (25/070/2020) I buy this mobile for playing pubg it's restart in middle of the game every time I thought pubg mobile is too heavy for this model let's try pubg mobile lite same no changes restarting and game was too lagging like a road roller f*** this mobile please don't buy this mobile if you want to play pubg and battery drains too fast charging too slow
