Oppo A5x mobile was launched on 16th May 2025. The phone comes with a 90 Hz refresh rate 6.67-inch display offering a resolution of 720x1604 pixels at a pixel density of 264 pixels per inch (ppi). The display sports Gorilla Glass for protection. It comes with 4GB of RAM. The Oppo A5x runs Android 15 and is powered by a 6000mAh battery. The Oppo A5x supports 45W Fast Charging fast charging.

As far as the cameras are concerned, the Oppo A5x on the rear packs 32-megapixel camera. It has a single front camera setup for selfies, featuring a 5-megapixel sensor.

The Oppo A5x runs ColorOS 15.0 is based on Android 15 and packs 64GB, 128GB of inbuilt storage. The Oppo A5x measures 165.71 x 76.24 x 7.99mm (height x width x thickness) and weighs 193.00 grams. It was launched in Midnight Blue and Laser White colours. It features an IP65 rating for dust and water protection.

Connectivity options on the Oppo A5x include Wi-Fi, GPS, NFC, and USB Type-C. Sensors on the phone include fingerprint sensor. The Oppo A5x supports face unlock.
