Very good a/c .its working well and cooling is fast and very good. We are really happy and satisfied with this product.

Like it. Been using for 2 months

I am writing this review after 4 days of use.It got delivered on 20th October and got call from company after 5 hours of delivery.On 23th October AC got installed without any damage. Installation guy was very professional.Installation cost me 750(OUTDOOR STAND CHARGES).After using for 4 days, I found that Ac is good, cooling is great. In 15 minutes my 190sqft room gets cool.No noise at all. Overall great ac.

Good product performance. Soundless operation. Worth buying.

Cooling is good. All the features works as expected except that sometimes swing is messed up. Even though it says swing is ON remote or app, sometimes it doesn't and you need to go back to setting and turn it Off and On.The Mirale app is superb, you can control the ac from any where. The best part is you can see the monthly consumption too.The AC swing is plastic and it is making loud noise during swing. Not sure is they can fix it during service.The look and feel is like every other AC. Nothing special.

Nice, has IoTIt can be controlled via an app.But one small issue is that settings sync with the app but not with the remote.So if you change the temperature via remote, the app gets the settings, but if you change settings via app, the AC will change back to what was set on the remote last.Also, the AC cools pretty quickly.

I purchased this ac almost a month back and i found that the performance of this ac is really excellent. It's bit noisy as compared to my daikin ac but it's bearable

Quality is too good but demo is not provided by the installation person for its advanced features like wifi,google assistant,etc.

Value for money product

Good product performance. Better to order directly with retailers instead of Amazon. I was charged for installation of 1200 Inr and extra for 1 meter copper wiring and charges separately for tapes, power cables and other addons summing to 4100 inr. Which is normally not charged when purchased directly with any retailer or dealer.

AC is good. 1.0 T AC is used in a 130 sq ft room, chillness is good for this size of room. It is a 4 star AC, power consumption is yet to be checked. Build Quality of the outdoor unit is excellent but there is no protection for the coils. Indoor unit build quality is average. Compared to the Daikin, this is of poor build. AC remote is having backlit display. Buttons are not illuminated. 10 ft copper pipe was provided with the unit. But the power cable for indoor unit was not available. Instllation costed Rs.500 for the tape. Standard Installation was free till 28th Feb 2021. A small strip of PM2.5 filter was available. Difference between 2021 and 2020 model is PM2.5 Sensor, which tells about the indoor air quality in the MirAIe App.Mobile Connectivity:MirAIe App is good. Solid connection. But getting the AC connected to Home wifi is a bit tedious. Help video by Panasonic is available on line. Works well with Alexa (AC on/off, increase/decrease temperature). Echo device should be registered with Amazon.in account. If is registered with Amazon.com, then the "MiraAIe Panasonic" skill will not be visible.

AC COOLING IS GOOD but Installation and Demo staff Is Totally unknown about Wifi connectivity And Miraie App,So i have been Troublesoot at a time.

Very bad product ,indoor unit was damaged ,return the product

Useless products not connected to the wifi call customer care call installation person to connect to the wifi but after installation no one is giving proper response don't go for wifi ac waste of money and time
