Best product

This was fabulous, and still i cant believe the fastest, quickest, and smartest service from FK. I made the payment on 22nd December around 3pm and I got the TV delivered around 8pm. The very next day morning Samsung guy called me for the installation, as I was not available till 6:30pm, he came and completed the installation at 7:30pm. Most importantly I got an excellent price through FK @ 63k (MRP 83,900). The bottom price offered by other retailers were 76.5k. Just after the installation I got a confirmation message from Samsung on the product registration (successful). From FK to, delivering guy to Samsung installation executive, I received excellent service and communication. Jai FK & Bachat (Seller) :).

I was saved when I walked into a reliance digital store to check out the micromax uhd tv.., I bought this TV on the 20/08/2015 from a local multi-brand retailer.. got a better deal than what FK offered. I ended up buying this samsung tv.. and trust me people you will not regret choosing this one in place of micromax even though it costs much more.. the android in demo set crashed multiple times. tv was not able to play 4k content from USB up-scaling of SD and FHD was pretty lousy. the smart features are just for namesake and most of them do not work. NOW lets come to the Samsung TV... though its not an android tv but no less as its a smart tv with awesome features.. it can do everything the micromax can and much more in a much better way. Screen is brilliant and it played all the 4k media I carried on my own usb drive to test with. Up-scaling of FHD is just amazing and SD is good too smart features stated are actually smart and whatever I have tested did work well. Things not mentioned in the spec sheet: 3 USB ports (1 USB 3.0 and 2 USB 2.0) 4 HDMI ports (one of them is MHL enabled) OTA software upgradeable( already received one) VIDEO RECORDING(yes you read that right and you can record it to your USB media) with actual 4k video.. the panel does justice to the video.. great color and depth..

The TV is very good. I bought it in mid July. Only concern is the obvious disappintment when you see the price dropping off as soon as you buy it :( Cant we have a best price guarantee poilicy or 30 day price guarantee kindaa thing?

This is a smart tv with awesome features.. Basically, it can do everything and can do much more in a better way. Screen is too brilliant and it played all the 4k media that i tried and I carried to test the TV by playing you tube video's and it worked very well.. Up-scaling of FHD is just amazing and SD is good too smart features stated are actually smart and whatever I have tested did work well. Over all, i got this TV with nicely packed and Thanks to Flipkart for delivering the TV within the stipulated time.

Excellent Display, Disappoint UI for Browsing Navigation If TV should be looked from the perspective of TV, the display and audio are just great. So I give it 3/5. If you considering the smart features, the User Interface is Utterly Disappointing. Not sure how a product with BUGGY UI and Keybaord, Mouse Navigation System eligible to be released into market. The concept of SMART in itself is a huge loop hole, as its NOT smart in Keyboard Navigation for selections, and too much of proprietary firmware. It does n't seem to support any Browser and NOT User friendly for accessing Internet Features. I would nt go for it, had I done a bit of research on it | known about this ahead in time.

Bought this from croma store on Diwali. Received panel with burn in. No support from Samsung almost a month now. The screen looked good in store but came home with issues
