DelightfulGOUTHAM RADHAKRISHNAN (Oct 1, 2017) on FlipkartGood and nice product.. worth for money... Only thing is that the front panel of the machine is different from the one in Flipkart. Coz we are getting the sept 2017 model delivered.but the pic in the flipkart site is different. Kindly update the picture, to prevent buyers from confusions... Samsung proves its the best,,, no noise during wash,,, and the service person who came for demo and installation is also kind. But the service pperson who comes for demo and installation forces customers to buy the new machine stand. They are not ready to install the machine in the old stand which customers have. So in addition : 1300 rs was charged for stand and machine cover.Is this review helpful?

Mind-blowing purchaseFlipkart Customer (Sep 1, 2018) on FlipkartAnother price drop. Rs 850 loss. They should offer atleast one month price drop protection on products. Delivery guys were asking for ID proof which is not acceptable. Never provided . So they were upset and wanted to delay my demo service. And left a message " Not delivered, due to bad exchange product" . In real older washing was perfectly running. They checked everything. So i called samsung and it was done in 2 hours.Samsung has best after sales service. Even for 10 year old machine, service was provided in few hours.Is this review helpful?
