  I was using this phone from last 2 months.here is an indepth review of samsung galaxy trend . In the boxpack i got handset , standard style ear phone charger and some samsung paper work.when iThe TFT screen is 4 inches with resolution 800�480 pixels (WVGA). Viewing angles are okay.The Galaxy Trend runs on Android 4.1.2 with TouchWiz 4.0 user interface. It gives you the feel of the high end phones running the same UI. However at times you will feel the handset lagging. Color reproduction is good and touch is smooth and responsive. This Samsung handset comes with accelerometer sensor only,when was boot the phone then i got something about free ram about 180mb ram. 6.5/10 of 480mb that was not that good..we got 1800mah battery ...the battery backup is very poor....it require 2 times charging in one days...i have for battery 5/10.....rear camera is 3.0 mp they shoot upto video 640 x480 its good for this pricing.7/10..for gaming...they can play causual game like subway surfer and temple run etc ...even high end game like dead trigger 2...6.5/10 .The Trend is powered by 1GHz single core Hawaii SS Kyleve (Cortex ? A9) chipset coupled with Broadcom VideoCore IV HW GPU. The handset lags at times....call quality is good.....2g 3g works ver well... the handset start lagging when we install lots of apps......overall this budget android phone is best under 8k......I rate this 6.9/10

  Cons: 1. Only 512 MB RAM. OS not gonna work hang free on that. 2. Camera is disappointing. 3. Slow Processor. Tasks performance very bad. 4. SAmsung Touchwiz really eats into the RAM. Games hang. Here are other options you should consider 1. Nokia Lumia 520. The phone has a 5MP Camera. WP 8 Amber OS. The OS never hangs/ lags. You also get so many free goodies like Offline Maps, Nokia Music free for a year. Microsoft Office (Word, Excel Powerpoint, Office 365, Lync). At this price point thats a steal. Even for OS choosy people, try going for WP phones. You'll be impressed. If you MUST Insist on An Android option is the HTC Desire C. But given the amount of Nokia Apps and Office I don't think Desire C makes sense over the Lumia.

  I have been using this device for more than 6 months and here is my review. It has only 3 physical button. Power button is on the right, volume control button on the left and the Home button is just below the screen. In fact the buttons are so wise fully placed that one can easily operate the device with any hand. The 3.5 jack is on the top of the phone and the micro usb port is just the below of home button. It's form factor is very similar to the Galaxy series of Samsung. So, this device is very easy to use in hands and looks smaller sibling to S3\ S4\ S5. I will give build and design 5 out of 5. It has 4 inch screen which makes it easy for eyes to see and easy to type for the fingers. Resolution is 480*800 which is standard and color reproduction is very vivid and vibrant. The screen is very responsive and very smooth. I will give the screen 5 out of 5. It comes with a dual sim (micro sim) function, so one can easily set up one for call and the other for net. the call quality and signal strength very good. Also the volume level is excellent even for outdoor. 5 out 5 for this segment. The device comes with 512 MB Ram, 4 GB ROM and memory card support upto 64 GB. So, the device runs smooth, has enough space to install more apps and carry most of your documents, songs and images in the device. It has a 1Ghz processor which is enough for a android device. I am playing some light and strategy game on the device. But this device is not for action and racing games. I will give 4 out 5 to memory, storage and processor front. The device comes with battery capacity of 1500 mAh, which easily last one full day with normal use and half day with heavy use. I will give 4 out of 5 for the battery. The device has only one sensor that is accelerator. I will give 3 out of 5 for this segment. It comes with a 3.0 megapixel back camera without any flash. Which is good enough for casual photography. And can also take good image in the night if there is enough light. Any way I will give 3.5 out 5 for the camera. The device comes with radio and also the music quality is very good. So, it can also be used as a MP3 player during commuting and traveling. I will give 5 out of 5 for music. The OS is Jelly Bean 4.1.2 which is very stable and less battery consuming. Samsung loaded the device with all the essential apps, so you can buy it, insert the sims and ready to use. The default Touch wiz launcher looks great and makes the device very similar to other high end devices. But it is little heavy on memory side. And some times make the device little slow. I will give 4 out of the 5 for the OS and apps segment. Final verdict- it is a good device with superior screen, very good hardware, good battery life with good sales and service support from Samsung. Personally I have not faced any major problem with the device till today. And I am planning to use it for next year. My total score for this device is 7.5 out of 10. Overall value for money and good product

  i used this phone for 2 years currently facing this problem .when we update all app there is no space in device left to install any app including whats app . please don't buy this phone at this time

  Samsung maintains that its latest trend release S7392 has 3 mp camera. But item description says that it has 5 mp camera. How is that possible .. I wanted to buy one so, please explain.
