Amazon seems to be ready to launch a new Kindle series of ebook readers, called 'Kindle Voyage', as it was briefly listed on Amazon's Germany and Japanese site on Wednesday with November 4 release date. It is expected to be a replacement of the Paperwhite line of ebook readers.

As spotted by German blog Caschys, the Kindle Voyage Wi-Fi and 3G listing (now pulled down - cache link) didn't include many specifications. The alleged ebook reader was listed with 6-inch display with a pixel density of 300ppi, a weight of 186 grams and dimensions of 112x116x8mm.

Amazon had listed the Wi-Fi Kindle Voyage at EUR 189 (approximately Rs. 14,900), and the 3G version at EUR 249 (approximately Rs. 19,600).

Another listing on Amazon's Spanish version of support page (via Engadget) suggests, that the e-commerce giant might be replacing 'Paperwhite' naming with 'Voyage' for future ebook readers (see below).

In July, Amazon announced the launch of the Kindle Unlimited ebooks and audiobooks subscription service. For $9.99 (approximately Rs. 600) a month, customers can choose from over 600,000 Kindle books, and listen to thousands of Audible audiobooks, 'keeping' individual titles for as long as they want.

The subscription service is available in the United States and a free 30-day trial can be accessed at on Amazon's website. Subscribers will also get a free 3-month Audible membership, and, just like any other Kindle ebook, will be able to access Kindle Unlimited content across Kindle devices and free Kindle reading apps for iPhone, iPad, Android tablets and phones, Windows Phone, BlackBerry, PC, Mac and Windows 8.
